They are multi-functional multilayered films and sheets designed to exhibit the feature of each component film and are stacked together by expert technologies to provide proper thickness required.

盖带和载带配合使用，搬运半导体封装电子元器件至表面装配工程。
Cover Tapes (SUMILITE®CSL-Z) is used for carrier of semiconductors and electrical components packing in SMT process. This tape should be used with carrier tape.
